CFIT-TRAINING HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING
Health and wellness coaching focuses on helping you use what you already have, YOUR STRENGTHS, to take action daily in a way that aligns with your values and stays focused on your Dream Destination - the person you want to be. 
How do we do this?

1) Create your Dream Destination – what your life would look like in optimal health - the person you want to be
Together we’ll use your values to create your vision for optimal health. You need to know where you're going when you're on a journey to being your best self. This will help guide and focus us as you decide what adjustments you want to make in your life, a little at time, to achieve the life you dream of. 
 2) Assess your current health skills (sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, mindset)
Assessing where you are now helps you identify what changes in your life you are ready, willing and able to make right now to start working towards your Dream Destination. You area already making A LOT of healthy choices! Reaching out for help is one of them.  
 3) Coaching Healthy Chats
Every two weeks you and I will meet, chat and plan. During these sessions we chat about what's working, what's not, what you're discovering about how these healthy habits fit into your life, make sure they align with your values and then create a very detailed plan (and a plan B) for how you want to keep moving forward toward mastering healthy skills. Chats are 30 - 60 minutes long via Zoom or Facetime.
4) Weekly check-ins 
Yes, I do check-in with you weekly. You get to decide what that looks like for you and what kind of support and accountability you need - a little or a lot. 
5) Ongoing support from your coach 
You are NOT alone when I am your coach! I will be by your side guiding you, shining a flashlight on the gifts you have that help you achieve your dreams and along the way we'll take steps backwards and forwards in an effort to discover what is just right for YOU!

CFIT-TRAINING CAMPS (outdoor group training):
Join everyday athletes for CFIT-Trainings monthly training camps as we conquer strength, cardio and core exercises. Some athletes spend   more time socializing than exercising. Others push their body's limits to get the most out of an hour of training. No matter how YOU choose to train we all come together at the end for coffee, treats and a fun chat. Check the training page for times and locations. 

PROVIDENCE WOMEN'S CLINIC FEBRUARY FITNESS PROGRAM FEEDBACK (corporate training):
Christine created a wonderful hour-long, weekly workout for clinic during the dark, rainy days of February.  Our nurses nicknamed our time with Christine as the “hour of power.”  She selected and demonstrated the exercises clearly, and challenged the fitness novice and expert alike.  She took the time to learn each of the participants by name.  She created weekly challenges that were tailored to activities we could do at work throughout the day.  She made a fabulous flyer to publicize the program and put together a raffle prize at the end of the month.  Coach Christine created a wonderful way for us to safely gather in community, focus on our health and well being, and all through Zoom.  Her positivity, infectious energy, and love of fitness and teaching were a wonderful gift to share!
