- Be your energetic, supportive, compassionate coach who always wants to hear about your ups and downs.
- Provide expert advice on how to improve your health, performance and reduce your risk for injury.
- Commit to trying - new exercises, new routines, new equipment, new movements, new actions towards your lifestyle goals
- Provide feedback on what you like and don't like to do. Exercise and eating healthy should be FUN!
